The third-generation AI cloud programmable NB-IOT module is evolved from the AT instruction set module of the second-generation NB-IOT low-power chip of Zhongke.CTUNITE. This technology is a software system that integrates NPU architecture inside the M203 module chip. The system is directly connected to voltage and current sensors or UART, SPI, I2C data through M203's rich GPIO resources and AD, DA interfaces, and cooperates with Zhongke edge computing Middleware for data processing and transparent transmission to third-party Saas platforms. Solve the complex AT command set docking for terminal intelligent hardware solution providers. The time-to-market and the cost of R&D materials are shortened by half, and the CT-M203 AI NB-iot module reduces the cost by 30% compared with the traditional AT instruction set module product design.
