Company overview
Zhongke (Shenzhen) Wireless Semiconductor Co., Ltd., abbreviated as "Zhongke Semiconductor" team, was established in Hefei in 2010 and moved to Shenzhen, Guangdong in 2018. It is a military civilian integration enterprise founded by an alumni team of the University of Science and Technology of China. It is composed of experts and doctoral supervisors in the field of "third-generation semiconductor" analog chip design, including 7 professors and 11 PhDs. The team has obtained 143 national defense and civilian patents and has published a total of 250 papers. The team comes from the Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the 14th Research Institute of CETC, and has rich experience in compound power semiconductor research and development and industrialization.
