Company overview
Zhongke (Shenzhen) Wireless Semiconductor Co., Ltd., also known as the "Zhongke Semiconductor" team, was established in Hefei in 2010 and moved to Shenzhen, Guangdong in 2018. It was founded by a team of alumni from the University of Science and Technology of China and is composed of experts and doctoral supervisors in the field of "third-generation semiconductor" analog chip design. The team includes 7 professors and 11 PhDs, has obtained 143 patents, and has published a total of 250 papers. The team comes from the Institute of Semiconductor, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, the Institute of Automation, Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the 14th Research Institute of CETC, and has rich experience in compound power semiconductor research and development and industrialization.
