CT-1904, 8mm×8mm LGA-15pin, a six-in-one GaN on-chip integrated chip, provides flexible topology expansion capabilities for customized systems, suitable for high-performance robot actuators. With a compact size, low power consumption, high robustness, high power density, and excellent high-frequency performance along with dynamic response capabilities, it achieves independent innovation in 3D heterogeneous system integration technology for chip packaging.
