100V, 150A Single-Phase Enhanced GaN Half-Bridge Chip.

 

 1.Description 

The CT-1908 is a compact 100V, 150A half-bridge SolidGaN solution housed in a 9 mm × 9 mm LGA package. The package includes six high-performance enhancement-mode GaN FETs, drivers, gate resistors, and driver power capacitors, delivering the industry's most compact and efficient GaN power solution.

The CT-1908 provides two logic inputs to control the high-side and low-side GaN-FETs, ensuring maximum flexibility. The split driver outputs allow independent adjustment of turn-on and turn-off strengths, optimizing EMI and efficiency.

The CT-1908 features comprehensive fault protection, including active bootstrap (BST) voltage control to prevent overcharging and ensure stable gate drive voltage, independent under-voltage and over-voltage protection for VCC and BST, as well as over-temperature protection.

With fast propagation delay, excellent delay matching, superior dv/dt immunity, and ultra-low parasitic inductance loop within the package, the CT-1908 enables designers to significantly enhance power density and efficiency..
