 Product Introduction 

CT1020 is a high-efficiency valley switch PFC controller and configurable LLC current mode controller. PFC operation and quasi resonant (QR) valley switch mode improve work efficiency. The highly integrated CT1020 makes the LLC power supply have a very small number of components and a simple design.

CT1020 has a traditional MOS driven version as well as a GaN direct drive version. The driving GaN system circuit is simpler, the system efficiency is higher, and the performance is better.

CT1020 has extremely low working current and burst mode function under light or no load conditions. The configurable gap working mode of PFC can effectively reduce the standby power consumption of the switching power supply system and improve power conversion efficiency.

CT1020 integrates comprehensive protection mechanisms such as overload protection, overcurrent protection, overvoltage ◆ protection, internal over temperature protection and under voltage detection, optocoupler open circuit detection, etc., which can effectively protect devices and avoid device damage.
